Gentle Hatha Yoga classes with an emphasis on: strength, balance, flexibility, agility. Class numbers will be limited so please book your place early!
When: Term 3 classes will commence on Thursday 15 July, 2021 10.30 to 11.30am
Cost: $15 per casual class or purchase a term pass for $130 (10 weeks)
Required: own yoga mat, cushion/blanket.
