In this second 3 hour workshop, we will make Halloumi, Cheddar, Cottage cheese and Mozzarella. Participants will work in pairs to make the cheeses. Barry will demo the making of the Mozzarella curd and then each participant will get a piece that they will further process (heating & stretching) to make the final Mozzarella. The participants will all get to take home 1kg of cheese.
Workshop includes cheese platter for afternoon tea with tea/coffee and snack on fried Halloumi during the workshop.
Please note, as this class uses a traditional recipe and methods, this class is not able to be adapted to be lactose free or friendly. Please contact us if you have other allergy considerations and we will advise if this class is suitable.
