Join Barry Roberts AKA Barry the Cheeseman to learn how to make your own cheese at home!
In this first 3 hour workshop, participants will work in pairs to make Camembert, Danish Blue, Danish Feta and Ricotta. The participants will all get to take home 1kg of cheese.
Workshop includes cheese platter for morning tea with tea/coffee and snack of fried Halloumi during the workshop.
Please note, as this class uses a traditional recipe and methods, this class is not able to be adapted to be lactose free or friendly. Please contact us if you have other allergy considerations and we will advise if this class is suitable.
