Jess Bausch has experience in counselling, facilitating one on one counselling and holistic therapies sessions, including running weekly group guided meditations. She sees mindfulness and meditation as a form of self care we can offer ourselves to help create balance in our nervous system.

Come as you are, no experience necessary! I'm not looking to train you to be a Buddhist monk, my intention is to support you to create your own feelings of calm, spaciousness, connection and peace with a touch of magic!
