Celebrating National Mental Health Month as part of the Art of the Minds Festival
How to make decisions easily, powerfully in your personal and professional life - even in challenging times.
Are you struggling to manage your emotions?
Do you feel lost, unable to make decisions, frustrated, unfulfilled, helpless - even angry?
These outcomes can happen when we don't live according to what gives us inspiration, joy, connection and meaning: our own top authentic values. These unwanted types of emotions and experiences can also happen when we make decisions to live according to other people's values (such as our family's or cultural values), which we’ve learnt and put into place throughout our lives - which don’t align with who we really are.
In this experiential workshop you have the opportunity to reflect upon and discover what is important to you related to your purpose and what you value most so you can make decisions easily in any area of your life – even in difficult times– knowing you are honouring who you really are.
The facilitator Jeanine Bailey has over 25 years professional experience working with multi-national, blue chip, and influential organizations in Middle East, UK, Europe Australia, New Zealand.
